Download drivers that were compatible with Windows operating system and right click on the setup file, click Properties, click Compatibility tab, under compatibility mode, check mark Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select previous operating system in which you were able to capture your VCS tapes to DVD. After you have selected it, click on Apply and then click OK. Under Privilege level, click Run this program as an administrator, click on Apply and then click OK. Install the driver software and restart the computer and check if you can use your easycap capture device functionality in Windows 7.
