Asterisk is installed on the NAS (Linux based) via the appstore on Synology NAS. A SIP Trunk service has been bought from [url removed, login to view], so there are 4 lines and 10 numbers. During installation, the port forwarding was done, although I am unable to verify this.
The service has been shown to work properly when connected directly to the X-Lite softphone. For some reason I am unable to register the service with the service provider - that is where the help is required in the first instance.
